AMD have announced here http://www.amd.com/us-en/Corporate/VirtualPressRoom/0,,51_104_543~86164,00.html that they are introducing a new line of processors called Sempron™ for emerging markets. There XP processors are still going to be produced and will probably merge with the AMD 64 line.
