Went to Värmland this weekend, and it was beautifully sunny and green so we spent quite a bit of time outside and relaxing..

So I have been back in Sweden almost a week now, but still no sign of my personal number. I went to the office about a month ago now, and all I can think of thats holding it back is that everyone in Sweden has been on holiday.
The same as in Norway, it is popular to all go on vacation at the same time – what seems to be a mixture of making the most of the season with the best weather and also a hangover from old factory days. I have yet to decide whether I think that its a good idea or not, but I would like my personal number already!

Going back to Stockholm in two days, I can hardly wait. It feels like a long time that I have been in Sweden and I hope I haven’t missed the whole Scandinavian summer!
I am in Sydney at the moment, mainly been working but we have a great view from our vizrt Office overlooking the office district.
Sydney is really beautiful, and although the locals think its cold – it really is the perfect temperature for an English Man!

So last weekend I went to Copenhagen and visited Simon and Mikaela.
Its a short trip away from Stockholm, but the feel of the place was a bit different, more pubs and slightly greener from what I saw. We had fantastic weather, and it was nice to sit out in the sun and drink Carlsberg (even the water is Carlsberg there).

The newest member of our family Mollie Ballantine. She went to sleep as soon as she got to her new home, and being a Basset Hound I am sure its a pose that we will get used to!
Shes so cute!

Yay! We are finally back in Bergen after what seems a really long but good trip. Two Weddings, several flights, lots of friends and relatives and we are relaxing now in Sunny Bergen with a nice White Russian (for the record it does need Vodka!).
I have put some photos up from the 1100 I took on flickr, and will be putting some more up at some point!

Been working on this postcard for a while now and finally its complete.
Started off in Illustrator 10 (yepp no autotrace for me – it was all hand done apart from the cake where I took a profile in to Flash) and then finished off in Photoshop CS2.
Photoshop was used to compile the background mostly, and make sure the colour was to the printers request.

Happy New year from Norway, we took this photo just after coming back from skiing near Voss.

Eric and Ellie look like they are having fun with travelling, though they look dressed more for the cold than a desert.
