Apparently BT is losing 150,000 customers a month, which is quite abit more than there Ad compaign is saying that they are gaining.
I would switch to if I didn’t need a BT line for my Broadband. I know I should be grateful that I can have internet at such speeds, but the fact that I am stuck with BT - who lets face it are less than good at most things really grates.
i will keep paying them I am sure though!
